Accounting Assistant for large regional medical group

  • Review and process a high volume of vendor invoices which includes: opening mail, sorting/matching/collating vendor payable bills, posting to QuickBooks inter-divisional chart of accounts.
  • Research accounts payable bill discrepancies and review with CFO if exceptions.
  • Code vendor bills with the appropriate location and inter-divisional classification.

Obtain proper approvals.

  • Resolve any exceptions or overcharges with vendors with regard to accounts payable.
  • Verify vendor statements and reconcile to accounts payable reports available through QuickBooks.
  • Verify that check requests reflect the proper approvals and documentation.
  • Review accounts receivable processing and prepare a high volume of invoices for inter-divisional bill back charges to external customers.
  • Post customer payments received against accounts receivable invoices in QuickBooks.
  • Generate monthly accounts receivable customer statements from QuickBooks.
  • Collect past due customer balances and field all customer calls with regard to accounts receivable invoicing.
  • PA sales & use tax – use knowledge of PA sales tax to review bills, collect data from inter-divisions, file PA sales & use tax returns, and invoice inter divisions for use tax
  • Scan and file accounts payable and accounts receivable documentation.
  • Maintain spreadsheets/summaries of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Assist in month-end closing and month-end invoice accruals.
  • Perform other related duties as required.


  • Strong inter-divisional, multi-entity, bookkeeping skills
  • Strong communication skills, highly organized and detail oriented
  • Minimum 3-5+ years’ accounts payable experience in a high volume accounting department
  • Excellent customer/vendor service skills, including courteous and professional phone skills and email composition
  • Proficient with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel

MRI technologist

Premier is a large, dynamic Orthopaedic group located in Delaware, Chester and Montgomery Counties. We have 15 outpatient Physical Therapy centers, 3 Imaging facilities and an Orthopaedic Urgent Care.

Certified Medical Assistant

Premier’s Sports & Spine Rehabilitation Division in Chadds Ford and Havertown is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to join their team. The full time certified medical assistant will be responsible for greeting patients, reviewing their medical history using intake form. Other responsibilities include assist physician staff as needed with Physical Therapy prescriptions, imaging studies, and medication requests. Assist physician staff with Fluoroscopic Injections utilizing video x-ray machine and drawing up medications for office injections. Assist physician staff with fracture casting and brace fitting. Phlebotomy not required, but helpful. Electronic medical record input, retrieve imaging studies from PACS system. Computerized medical management system for demographics and scheduling. Precertification of injections, MRI’s, and other procedures. Demonstrated experience in fast paced physician practice essential. Friendly service minded approach required.
