Physical Therapist, Clinic Manager
Jeff graduated from Widener University with his Master’s degree in Physical Therapy
and subsequently from Temple University with a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
Prior to joining Premier, Jeff was the Director of Rehab for The Advanced Spine & Sports Therapy Center. Jeff has a special interest in post-operative rehabilitation of the shoulder, hip and knee.
Jay received his Masters of Science degree in Physical Therapy in 1989 from Old Dominion University,
Norfolk, Virginia. He has been practicing orthopedics for the past 5 years. Prior to this he practiced in
geriatrics for 17 years. He has a strong interest in shoulder rehabilitation.
Jay grew up in Malvern and feels fortunate to be able to work with patients from the community in which he was raised. Aside from his work, Jay enjoys biking, hiking, cooking and spending time with his four children who range from 12 to 20.
Susan graduated with her degree in physical therapy from the University of Delaware. With over 30
years of orthopedic and sports medicine experience, she had acquired a vast knowledge from working
with experts on both the East and West Coasts. Along with the great PT team in Malvern, she feels that
the greatest successes come by treating the whole patient. She has unlimited expertise in post surgical
rehabilitation, pain management, and is one of the few area therapists to treat TMJ disorders.
In her spare time she actively supports local high school and Philadelphia sports teams.
Physical Therapist Assistant
Tom graduated from Penn State Mont Alto in 1999 with an Associate’s Degree in
Physical Therapy. Tom received his Physical Therapy Assistant Indirect Supervision
License in 2008. In 2009, he completed his Bachelors of Science Degree from Neumann
Tom’s interest in physical therapy was sparked when he experienced a soccer injury and was required to have knee surgery and physical therapy. He has enjoyed assisting patients recovering from injuries and surgeries for the past 12 years.
