  • Bill Shatraw

    Bill Shatraw, DPT, CSCS

  • Physical Therapist, Clinic Manager

  • Bill started his path to physical therapy by receiving his Bachelor's, Master's, and Doctorate degrees from Ithaca College, culminating in November 2007. He then took his first job in Arlington, Texas, where he specialized in sports medicine in a clinic associated with professional athletes involved with the Texas Rangers baseball team and the Dallas Stars hockey team. He then opened the clinic in Media after relocating to the greater Philadelphia area, and has enjoyed his time with Premier ever since. Bill is currently receiving his MHA degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in an effort to learn the business side of healthcare.

    Outside of physical therapy, Bill enjoys sports of all kinds, including soccer, baseball, and college basketball, where he is an avid Tar Heel fan. He enjoys being outdoors and living an active lifestyle, as he spends much of his time in the summer waterskiing and being on the water, and skiing in the winter.

  • John graduated from Temple University in 1990 and began work at JFK Medical Center in New Jersey rotating through the acute care, inpatient, outpatient, nursing home and brain trauma services. In 1994, he returned to Pennsylvania and worked in NovaCare Outpatient Rehabilitation centers until 2003 when he joined the Premier staff in Folsom, PA. He is McKenzie trained in spinal and extremity treatment and certified in Manual Diagnosis and Treatment. He is certified in Active Release Techniques (ART) of the spine and extremities. Other training includes Mulligan Manual Therapy, McConnell taping, Positional Release, Vestibular Rehabilitation and Shirley Sahrmann diagnosis and treatment of muscle imbalances and regional pain syndromes. John has performed Functional Capacity Evaluations since 1994. Over the years John has worked with a wide variety of patient populations from Pediatric to Geriatric on diverse diagnoses.

  • Jordan graduated from Widener University with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. He enjoys working in the outpatient setting and has a strong interest in manual therapy. Jordan incorporates therapeutic exercise, hands on skills and education to maximize the outcomes for his patients.


  • Andrea Kavka

  • Andrea has a Bachelors of Science in Occupational Therapy from Temple University. She has been specializing in hand therapy for the past 18 years and has been a Certified Hand Therapist since 2000. She was formerly employed at Taylor Hospital for 11 years where she was the supervisor of the outpatient hand clinic for 8 years. Andrea was also responsible for post-op shoulder patients, as well as acute care hand cases (tendon repairs, fractures and wounds). Andrea is the OT Manager for Premier.

  • Adam graduated from Neumann University in May of 2012 with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. For the past seven years, Adam has been working in the fitness industry in Wilmington DE, where he earned his Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist certification, and Titleist Performance Institute (T.P.I.) Golf Fitness certification. He enjoys working with all patient populations, and has a keen focus on meeting patients' goals both inside the clinic, and at home. "It is important to treat the whole patient, and not just the specific body part". He is committed to restoring optimal health and fitness to people of all ages and abilities, including those with acute and chronic conditions, functional limitations, and disabilities, as he strives to make your experience at Premier as enjoyable as possible.


  • John Toutkaldjian Jr.

  • John graduated from Lynchburg College in 1983 with a Bachelors degree in Health and Science. John later went on to earn his PTA degree from Harcum College. John incorporates his athletic experiences in soccer, mountain biking, snowboarding and ice hockey into his array of therapeutic programs. With over 20 years experience in the physical therapy field and great attention to detail, John is able to make your physical therapy experience less stressful and more productive.
