Aquatic Physical Therapy

The Kinesio Taping® Method

A rehabilitative taping technique that is designed to facilitate the body’s natural healing process while providing support and stability to muscles and joints without restricting the body’s range of motion.

Vestibular/Concussion Rehabilitation

Rehab concentrated on dizziness and balance/stability issues resulting from symptoms of dizziness, vertigo, imbalance, and motion sensitivity.

A specialized program to help employers minimize lost time, protect employees from injury and safely rehabilitate and return employees to work. Our goal is always to get the employee back to work in a safe and timely fashion. Our surgeons and physicians are sought for second-opinions and Independent Medical Evaluations.



The goal of each training session is to take steps towards reaching your performance goals. Work with a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist who has run the Boston Marathon (2x), and Ironman (2001-2003). The primary goal in coaching is to educate the people that we work with while creating a safe 
and fun environment.
