I was referred to Dr. Elia earlier this year for knee surgery, and I couldn’t be happier. Dr. Elia was straightforward and clear in his explanations of the options and the process, and his staff made the scheduling and paperwork as easy as possible. He performed my total knee replacement a week ago, at a private surgical facility. His description of the pain I might feel was pretty spot-on—but just one week later the swelling is mostly gone, the incision looks amazing, and I’m up and walking without a cane.
