Bio

Juliana Heimur, DO, is a fellowship-trained, board-eligible orthopaedic surgeon specializing in sports medicine and minimally invasive arthroscopic surgery. She is dedicated to helping athletes and active individuals safely return to the activities they love. Dr. Heimur earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology with a concentration in neuroscience from The George Washington University before conducting musculoskeletal clinical research at the National Institutes of Health. She received her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Rowan University School of Osteopathic Medicine, completed residency at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, and fellowship training at the Andrews Institute. She has served athletes at professional, collegiate, and high school levels.
