Bio

Aleksandr Emerel, DPM, FACFAS, is a foot and ankle surgeon. He earned his medical degree from the Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine after completing his undergraduate studies at Marist College, where he competed in Division I Track & Field and Cross Country. Dr. Emerel served as Chief Resident at NewYork-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital and completed a fellowship in Foot & Ankle Reconstruction and Trauma at Broadlawns Medical Center. Board-certified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery, he specializes in trauma, reconstruction, and ankle arthroplasty, and is fluent in Russian.
