Bio

R. Bruce Lutz, MD, specializes in Sports Medicine. He earned his undergraduate degree from Lehigh University and his medical degree from Jefferson Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University. Dr. Lutz completed residency at Naval Hospital in San Diego, California, followed by a fellowship in Traumatology at the R. Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center at the University of Maryland. He is board certified in Orthopaedic Surgery by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. A former United States Marine, Dr. Lutz served during Operation Desert Storm and received the Naval Commendation Medal for distinguished military service.
