I was in a serious car accident and broke my tibia bone at the ankle. This was a difficult injury to recover from and I was with Dr. Ciliberti for over a year. Any time I needed an appointment I could get one when I wanted and I never waited long once in the office. The BEST! I had a few torn ligaments in my ankle and had surgery 20 years ago. Well it happened again and Dr. Ciliberti was a dream! He was confident he could fix it for good - and I believe him. I was in a car accident and suffered quite a few injuries. My lower left leg / ankle got shattered (for the second time) leading to compartment syndrome (extensive fasciotomies required). Required quite a bit of surgery to put it back together and save the leg. That was a couple years ago and I am now walking and exercising just fine. Even riding dirt bikes and mountain bikes. Dr. Ciliberti is an amazingly talented surgeon who is a very pleasant person overall. I value my body parts and would definitely go to Dr. Ciliberti again. I developed several problems, starting with a neuroma, a painful thickening of the nerve around a toe. Then I developed a tear in my plantar facia and painful inflammation of the tendons on the side of my foot. Dr. Ciliberti diagnosed all three problems on my first visit and confirmed them with ultrasound. Steroid shots, temporary immobilization of my foot and physical therapy led to total remission of pain, except for the neuroma, a chronic problem treated successfully with an orthotic insert.Patient Submitted Review

Let me start by saying that I was not looking forward to this surgery. I had bone spurs, one that pierced my tendon. (bone spurs on my right foot heel area) Dr. Ciliberti assured me that with 3-4 months from the surgery date that I would be feeling pretty good. He was dead on.!! I will also say that he was up front regarding the healing process in that it will take 1 year before 100% normal. Resumed playing golf in 4 months. GREAT WORK!!! This is the sincerest review I have ever written. I was hit head-on by a drunk driver going the wrong way on an expressway Nov 26, 2015 - breaking 30 some odd bones all over the body. He explained my injury and the need for surgery to me, and why I had to wait for swelling to reduce before the surgery could proceed.
