Symptoms
- Persistent hip, groin, or thigh pain

Causes

Treatment
- Non-Surgical: Physical therapy, anti-inflammatory medications (NSAIDs), activity modification, and targeted ultrasound-guided cortisone injections.
- Surgical: Minimally invasive hip arthroscopy for spur removal or total hip replacement for advanced joint damage.
